186 <br /> <br />Mobile Home Subdivisions - A subdivision regulated by the Cabarrus County <br />Subdivision Regulations containing 5 or more Class II mobile homes. Any <br />subdivision approved preliminary or final prior to August 1, 1987, shall <br />be exempt from this definition. However, a revision to a previously <br />approved subdivision is not exempt from this definition. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS CONSENT <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Melvin, seconded by Chairman Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Board granted permission to Charlotte Motor Speedway <br />for a fireworks display on October 11, 1987, at approximately 12:26 P.M. We request that these funds be used as follows: <br /> 1. Installation of two telephone lines to be used for Dial-A-Story <br /> program; also for line costs for the remainder of fiscal year. <br /> Dial-A-Story machines to be purchased by Friends of Library. <br /> 2. This funding should be in the <br /> part-time salaries and FICA lines with the Department's Administration <br /> (56-10) budget for accounting purposes. <br /> <br /> <br />
