<br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Melvin, seconded by Chairman Lentz and
<br />unanimously carried, the Board appointed Mr. John Pharr to fill a vacancy on
<br />the Domiciliary Home Community Advisory Committee. The appointment was for a
<br />term of one year ending December 21, 1988.
<br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Melvin, seconded by Chairman Lentz and
<br />unanimously carried, the Board authorized the Cabarrus County Building
<br />Inspection Department to dispose of all Building permits issued from March 1,
<br />1969 through December 31, 1986, that have been microfilmed for permanent
<br />retention and to destroy Electrical, Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning and
<br />Insulation Reports and Applications after one year or when deficiencies are
<br />corrected. Disposition of all records is to be in accordance with the
<br />Records Retention and Disposition Schedule issued by the Division of Archives
<br />and History, Department of Cultural Resources.
