CCM will undergo an audit of its operations conducted by a Certified <br /> Public Accountant and will submit a copy of the report of this audit <br /> to the Department of Social Services within ninety 90 days of the <br /> conclusion of CCM's established fiscal year. <br /> 5. GRASSROOTS ARTS PROGRAM AWARDS <br /> <br />Acceptance of this award constitutes an obligation upon the <br />applicant to fulfill and comply with the following requirements <br />during the grant period July 1, 1989-June 30, 1990. The signature <br />of the applicant's authorizing official certifies that the applicant <br />agrees to fully abide by the requirements set forth within this <br />contract. That signature further certifies that all information <br />contained in the applicant's grant application, attachments and <br />supportive material is true and correct. <br /> <br />Requirements: <br />1. The applicant must match this grant according to the project <br />budget submitted within the grant application or any subsequent <br />approved revision of that budget. <br />2. The applicant must ensure that N.C. Grassroots Arts Program <br />funds are not used for the following: <br />a) personnel positions, including but not limited to wages <br />and benefits. <br />b) deficit funding, including but not limited to expenses <br />incurred prior to the grant period. <br />c) capital expenditures, including but not limited to <br />building, renovating, or remodeling facilities. <br />3. Ail published materials and announcements regarding the funded <br />project should contain the following special note: <br />"This project is supported by a grant from the Grassroots Arts <br />Program of the North Carolina Arts Council, a state agency and the <br />Cabarrus Arts Council, Inc." <br />4. The applicant must forward copies of programs, newsletters, <br />press releases and any other published materials concerning the <br />funding project to the Cabarrus Arts Council, P. O. Box 809, <br />Concord, NC 28026-0809. <br />5.
