<br />(F -2) BOC - Designation of Voting Delegate for NCACC 109th Annual Conference
<br />The North Carolina Association of County Commissioners ( NCACC) is
<br />requesting each county designate a commissioner or other elected official as a
<br />voting delegate for the NCACC 109th Annual Conference, to be held in Forsyth
<br />County on August 11 --14, 2016.
<br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Honeycutt, seconded by Commissioner Mynatt
<br />and unanimously carried, the Board designated Chairman Dorris as the delegate
<br />to represent Cabarrus County at the NCACC 109th Annual Conference in Forsyth
<br />County.
<br />(F -3) DHS - FY17 Energy Programs Outreach Plan
<br />The FY17 Energy Programs Outreach Plan is attached for review and approval
<br />by the Board of Commissioners. The North Carolina Department of Health and
<br />Human Services requires that local departments conduct outreach that will
<br />connect and serve eligible community members with assistance to help meet their
<br />energy needs. The department will identify, coordinate with and provide
<br />information to other agencies, organizations and groups that can assist with
<br />outreach activities, and ensure program access to priority groups.
