All the services of the contract <br /> are needed for the overall operations of the project and the Sheriff's Office <br /> has provided an additional $12, 932. 00 from their SCAAP grant funds (State <br /> Criminal Alien Assistance Program) to cover this shortfall. A budget revision <br /> is provided for approval to transfer these funds from the General Fund to the <br /> Construction and Renovations Fund for execution of the contract. <br /> UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Honeycutt, seconded by Commissioner Mynatt <br /> and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the budget amendment and related <br /> project ordinance. <br /> Date: 11/21/2016 Amount: $12,932 <br /> Susan Fearrington (prepared by <br /> Dept. The project authorized is the various County construction and <br /> renovation related projects. Details of the projects are listed in <br /> section C. of this Project Ordinance. <br /> B. The officers of this unit are hereby directed to proceed with this <br /> capital project within the terms of the Generally Accepted Accounting <br /> Principles (GAAP) and the budget contained herein. <br /> C.
