All the services of the contract are needed for the overall operations of the project and the Sheriff's Office has provided an additional $12, 932. 00 from their SCAAP grant funds (State Criminal Alien Assistance Program) to cover this shortfall. A budget revision is provided for approval to transfer these funds from the General Fund to the Construction and Renovations Fund for execution of the contract. UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Honeycutt, seconded by Commissioner Mynatt and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the budget amendment and related project ordinance. A. The project authorized is the various County construction and renovation related projects. Details of the projects are listed in section C. of this Project Ordinance. B. The officers of this unit are hereby directed to proceed with this capital project within the terms of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the budget contained herein. C. It is estimated that the following revenues will be available to complete capital projects as listed.
