Ms. Mowrer has served on this committee since June, 2013. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Mynatt, seconded by Commissioner Shue and <br /> unanimously carried, the Board removed Linda Miller, Janice Yew, and Kathy <br /> Mowrer from the Home and Community Care Block Grant (HCCBG) Committee roster <br /> and thanked them for their service. <br /> UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Honeycutt, seconded by Commissioner Shue and <br /> unanimously carried, the Board appointed Katie Kutcher to the Home and Community <br /> Care Block Grant (HCCBG) Committee as the "Centralina Area Agency on Aging, Ex- <br /> officio representative" for a three-year terra ending December 31, 2019; <br /> including an exception to the "Residency" provision of the Appointment Policy. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Mynatt, seconded by Commissioner Shue and <br /> unanimously carried, the Board reappoint James Polk, Anita Helms and Scott <br /> Barringer to the Home and Community Care Block Grant (HCCBG) Committee as "At- <br /> large" representatives for three-gear terms ending December 31, 2019; including <br /> an exception to the "service on multiple boards" provision of the Appointment <br /> Policy for Mr. Polk. <br /> (H-3) County Manager - MPO Appointments <br /> The Cabarrus County appointments to the Metropolitan Planning <br /> Organization for the staff level Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC) and <br /> elected official level Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC) expire at the <br /> end of December. The current TCC representative is Jonathan Marshall and the <br /> alternate is Susie Morris. Staff is recommending that Susie Morris be appointed <br /> as the regular member and Kelly Sifford as the alternate. No action was required of the Board. <br /> (I-2) County Manager - Monthly Reports on Building Activity <br /> The Board received the Cabarrus County Construction Standards Dodge Report <br /> for November 2016 and the Cabarrus County Commercial Building Plan Review <br /> Summary for November 2016 for informational purposes as part of the Agenda. <br /> No action was required of the Board. <br /> (I-3) DHS -- Quarterly Statistical Report <br /> The Board received the Department of Human Services Quarterly Statistical <br /> Report for informational purposes. No action was required of the Board. <br /> (I-4) EDC - November 2016 Monthly Summary Report <br /> The Board received the Cabarrus Economic Development Corporation (EDC) <br /> monthly report for the month of November as part of the Agenda. No action was <br /> required of the Board. <br /> (I-5) Finance - Monthly Financial Update <br /> The Board received the monthly financial update for informational <br /> purposes.
