She <br /> stated this year's theme is "Soil and Water: Yours for Life" and advised the <br /> winners will move on to regional contests and potentially the state level <br /> contests. He highlighted a number of Sergeant <br /> Kiser' s accomplishments during his tenure with the county and presented a plaque <br /> to him in recognition of his 30 years of service to the citizens of Cabarrus <br /> County. <br /> Vice Chairman Honeycutt presented Sergeant Kiser with a service award in <br /> appreciation of his service and dedication to the citizens of Cabarrus County. <br /> Sergeant Kiser graciously accepted the award and expressed appreciation. <br /> (D) INFORMAL COMMENTS <br />
