A <br />Im" <br />I <br />SUL KAN <br />1p:wl. -- <br />Mr. Burnett also responded to a variety of questions from the Board. <br />Issues addressed included: access for adjacent property owners, students <br />and emergency vehicles; approval of the school site plan by the North <br />Carolina Department of Public Instruction; the proposed traffic flow; etc. <br />Chairman Morris opened the public hearing at 7:03 p.m. The Public <br />Hearing Notice was posted on the County's website ( www.cabarrus county. us ) on <br />January 28, 2015, February 4, 2015 and February 11, 2015 in accordance with <br />Article 2, Administration, Section 2.1 (Use of Electronic Means to Provide <br />Public Notices) of the Cabarrus County Code of Ordinances. <br />There was no one present to address the Board. Chairman Morris <br />suggested the public hearing be recessed to the March regular meeting as <br />suggested by Mr. Marshall. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding recessing the meeting and public <br />hearing notices for the hearing. <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Poole, seconded by Commissioner Honeycutt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board recessed the public hearing for <br />Consideration of Closure of Part of North Drive in Mt. Pleasant to March 16, <br />2015 at 6:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as persons may be heard). <br />Vice Chairman Poole briefly commented on issues raised by citizens <br />regarding the partial closure of North Drive, including additional funding <br />for refurbishing the football field, school site work, utilities, etc. <br />(G -2) Planning and Development - HOME Program 2015 -2016 Funding Year Public <br />Hearina 6:30 P.M. <br />
