The FOP is the <br />over - arching plan that provides guidance for county -wide direction and <br />operations during emergency events. Cabarrus County departments and <br />community partners have reviewed and updated the plan over the last 15 <br />months. The adoption of the FOP does not require a public hearing. <br />
