At this time I was able to verify my suspicions that Phyllis Wingate who was President of CMC Northeast Hospital at that time was having Price Gainey the research company that CMC used to poll patients for information on how they were treated during their treatment to only contact Patients if that treatment was under the supervision of a man and not a woman! I sent a copy of that complaint to Cabarrus County Attorney John Koch. The following week after being unable to communicate with Dr. Mitchell about the problem as Mrs. Carrol had told his office personnel not to let me speak with him and that I hated Women, I gave a copy of my complaint to Grace Liem during a scheduled visit to the Community Free Clinic. Before I left the Clinic that day I was approached by the Clinic director Marie Dockery who informed me that I had been terminated from the CCP program by operations manager Gerald Mack and would only be allowed back on after I had signed a statement agreeing to not mention any wrong doing by any medical providers I was referred to by CCP. I refused as this was a violation of not only my First Amendment Rights to free speech but was also contrary to Carolina Medical Centers Patient Bill of Rights which stated I had the right to report bad treatment by their staff. After leaving the Community Free Clinic I contacted both Cindy Cakes the Director of CCP and Gerald Mack Operations Manager to ask for their help in getting this problem straightened out but was refused any help from them, I also asked to speak with their Board of Directors but was refused that as well. I finally contacted the Patient complaint line at the main CMC office who relayed my complaint to their higher ups and someone then forced Dr. Mitchell to communicate with me. This Doctor refused me a copy of the video tape of my treatment at the Sleep Center but did finally allow me to view portions of it during a meeting with him and Chad Ritchie, Vice President of the Sleep Center. However they had altered the video by dubbing over the sound track in order to change the content of what had been said and the tone of the staffs conversation which explained why they would not include that along with a copy of my medical records that I had requested on multiple occasions. Prior to ending this meeting with them Dr. Mitchell alluded that he could get me reinstated at CCP which meant that the hospital was responsible for having me removed from the program to stall with in order to punish me for following the guidelines set by that Hospitals Patient Bill of Rights. I continued trying to get people higher up in that badly managed Hospital chain involved but was consistently refused and nor would they reveal the identities of the staff involved in my treatment at the Sleep Center on the night of September 20 th , 2012 even though I was guaranteed this knowledge by that Hospitals Patient Bill of Rights. I finally found out that I could also receive Medicaid for six months without going on Disability and so I applied for and was accepted in March of 2013, and was then allowed to pick my own Doctor who after looking at my medical records asked me on my first visit to him if anyone had told me about the Brain Tumor I was diagnosed with at CMC Northeast on March 23rd of 2012. This meant that the presiding physician Steve Gaskin who had ordered the Cat Scan done on March 23 2012 had withheld the knowledge of this Brain Tumor from me by stating that he had only treated me for a headache. This also meant that Grace Liem the Nurse Practitioner at the Community Free Clinic and the Cardiologist at Sanger Heart Clinic named Santosh Rao who I had been seeing while on charity care had also been withholding the fact that I had a Brain Tumor from me. Dr. Rao had also repeatedly refused to help me get test done to find out why the pains in my head were getting I increasingly worse even though the antiplatelet medication he had me take could cause severe hemorrhaging of the Brain resulting in stroke or death. I heard numerous excuses from Dr. Rao as to why he wouldn't help me with that problem but the last one was that he didn't need those kind of documents cluttering up his files, I made an audiotape of this conversation with him! I then contacted the office of Carlotta Dixon in an attempt file a Civil Rights violation against CMC Northeast and the Community Care Program of Southern Piedmont but the employee from that office assigned to handle my complaint got angry when she realized that my complaint included the names of numerous women, and so she refused to help me and then hung up the phone.
