UPON MOTION of Commissioner Shue, seconded by Commissioner Honeycutt and unanimously carried, the Board designated Chairman Steve Morris as the County's voting delegate for the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners 2015 Legislative Goals Conference scheduled for January 15 -16 in Pinehurst, NC. (F -5) BOC - Mount Pleasant Middle School Agency Agreement The title for the Mount Pleasant the name of Cabarrus County. (F -6) BOC - New Odell Grades 3 -5 Elementary School Agency Agreement and Title Transfer The title for the Odell Grades 3 -5 Elementary School property is currently in the name of Cabarrus County Schools. Attached is a Special Warranty Deed where the Board of Education (BOE) would transfer the title to the "0ld Odell School" property to the 30C. By having the title of this property in the name of the county, the project (construction and outfitting of the new school) will receive sales tax reimbursements from the state.
