Ted Drain is eligible to serve as an "alternate" for a one -year <br />term. An exception to the "length of service" provision of the Appointment <br />Policy will be needed for him. <br />UPON MOTION of Chairman Poole, seconded by Commissioner Burrage and <br />unanimously carried, the Board reappointed Carol Vogt and Jean Chandler to <br />the Region F Aging Advisory Committee as "delegates" for two -year terms <br />ending June 30, 2015, including an exception to the "service on multiple <br />boards" provision of the Appointment Policy for Ms. Chandler; and reappointed <br />Ted Drain to the Region F Aging Advisory Committee as an "alternate" for a <br />one -year term ending June 30, 2014, including an exception to the "length of <br />service" provision of the Appointment Policy for him. <br />(H -9) Appointments and Removal - Adult Care Home Community Advisory <br />Committee <br />An application has been received from Kay Strayer for the Adult Care <br />Home Community Advisory Committee. She has been prequalified by the Regional <br />Ombudsman. <br />Karen Pensgen's term ends June 30, 2013. According to the Regional <br />Ombudsman, she does not intend to continue. She has been the team leader on <br />the CAC for many years and will be sorely missed.
