August 15, 2011 (Regular Meeting) Page 572 <br />Ryan McDaniels, Economic Development Corporation (EDC) , presented a <br />request for an Economic Development Grant (3 year, 85 percent; 3 phases) for <br />Celgard, LLC, a manufacturer of microporous polymer based membranes, located <br />at 390 Business Boulevard in Concord, based on an investment of $105,000,000 <br />(real estate - $3,000,000; equipment - $102,000,000) and the creation of 250 <br />new full -time jobs (200 - 2012; 50 - 2013).
