<br />As illustrated above, adequate school capacity at the middle
<br />school does not exist currently for this apartment project, nor
<br />does it exist at the two year and five year review levels. (Note
<br />that according to Section 15 -11, Number 4, of the APFO, "...future
<br />available capacity must be "...equal to or greater than the
<br />projected enrollment that will be produced by the proposed
<br />development for all school types," not just one or two.)
<br />Is the project subject to Chapter 15, Adequate Public Facilities?

<br />documentation was provided. She recommended the Board of Commissioners
<br />consider Option No. 1, exemption to the APFO, contingent upon the County
<br />Attorney's receipt of supporting documentation pertaining to age exempt
<br />projects. Option No. 2 was recommended should the documentation not be
<br />provided or not be satisfactory to the County Attorney.
