Comparison charts ranging from FY 2007/2008 to FY 2010/2011 of revenues and expenses were also reviewed. Mr. Mills and Mr. Crawford responded a variety of questions from the Board. UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Poole, seconded by Commissioner Mynatt and unanimously carried, the Board voted to place the Cabarrus County Tourism Authority - FY 2010/2011 Budget on the June 21, 2010 Agenda as a Consent item. BOC - Senate Bill 1357 - Expand Cabarrus County Tourism Authority Chairman White reported Senate Bill 1357 expands the Cabarrus County Tourism Authority from nine to twelve seats and would provide three nominations from the Chamber, three from the Board of Commissioners and six from the Tourism board with one nomination required for each seat instead of three nominations for each seat. He further advised that any time local legislation is proposed, the Board should review it.
