(Note that according to Section 15-11, Number <br />9, of the APFO, "...future available capacity must be "...equal to or <br />greater than the projected enrollment that will be produced by <br />the proposed development for all school types," not just one or <br />two.) <br />Is the project subject to Chapter 15, Adequate Public Facilities? <br />Yes. <br />Board of Commissioner Action Options: <br />Consider approval of the Reservation of Capacity with the <br />conditions outlined below: <br />1 <br />In <br />platted; <br />In <br />platted; <br />In <br />platted; <br />In <br />platted; <br />In <br />platted; <br />In <br />platted. <br />The project is subject to a phasing schedule. <br />calendar year 2009, no more than 11 residential lots <br />calendar year 2010, no more than 15 residential lots <br />calendar year 2011, no more than 15 residential lots <br />calendar year 2012, no more than 15 residential lots <br />calendar year 2013, no more than 15 residential lots <br />calendar year 2014, no more than 79 residential lots <br />2. Mitigation of the pro-rata share of the cost of the planned <br />capacity, which equals $8,617.00 per single family residential <br />subdivision lot, payable prior to final platting. <br />Ms. Morris responded to questions from the Board regarding the size of <br />the subdivision and the build-out schedule. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carruth, seconded by Vice Chairman Mynatt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board voted to place Reservation of Capacity <br />Certificate for the Summers Walk Subdivision on the March 16, 2009 Agenda as <br />a New Business item. <br />Commerce - 2009-2010 HOME Program Publia Hearin <br />Kelly Sifford, Community Development Manager, presented a request that <br />a public hearing be scheduled for the 2009-2010 HOME Program. She reported <br />the following: to participate in the HOME program, the County must hold a <br />public hearing that is designed to receive input from the public; staff is <br />proposing three, single-family rehabilitations as the activity plan for this <br />coming year; etc. <br />In response to a question from Commissioner Carruth concerning the <br />Stimulus funds, Ms. Sifford reported she presumes this year's HOME program <br />funds will be distributed either through the state or will be directly <br />administered to the County. <br />
