This ordinance is established under the authority of the North <br />Carolina General Statues, Chapter 153A, Article 5 and Chapter 126. <br />Section 2. Coverage <br />All employees in the County's service shall be subject to this Ordinance, <br />except as provided in this section. <br />(a) The following officials and employees are exempt: <br />1.
