(Note that
according to Section 15-11, Number 4, of the APFO, "...future
available capacity must be "...equal to or greater than the
projected enrollment that will be produced by the proposed
development for all school types," not just one or two.)
Recommendation
Based on the direction of the Board of Commissioners, until
changes are implemented in the ordinance, staff proposes the
following:
1. The applicant is proposing the following phasing schedule for
the new development:
In 2008, no more than 4 single-family residential lots
platted;
In 2009, no more than 5 single-family residential lots
platted;
In 2010, no more than 12 single-family residential lots
platted;
In 2011, no more than 12 single-family residential lots
platted;
In 2012, no more than 12 single-family residential lots
platted.
2. (Note: 95 lots have been platted, leaving a
balance of 103 units that could be developed in 2008. ) The proposal is as
follows:
Lots Year Developed
35 2008
P
k C
k
it
ith 15 2009
ar
ree
un
s w
no
t
i
tio
t 103 15 2010
res
r
c
n
o new program 30 2011
8 2012
Lots Year Developed
0 2008
R
t
d
it
d
APFO 95 20 2009
eques
e
un
s un
er 20 2010
5 2011
Total units per year' (combined original Park Creek and new expansion of 95
lots.)
Year SF Lots/Dwellings
