The Board of Education has voted favorably on this <br />request. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner White, seconded by Commissioner Privette <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the .sale of a 10' utility <br />easement for purposes of a gas transmission line on the J. M. Robinson High <br />School property. Further, the Board authorized the County Manager and County <br />Attorney to complete the transaction and adopted the following budget <br />amendment designating those revenues for Cabarrus County Schools. <br />BUDGET REVISION/AMENDMENT REQUEST <br />DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE <br />AMOUNT: $ 70,000.00 <br />TYPE OF ADJUSTMENT: Supplemental Request <br />PURPOSE OF REQUEST: Utility easement for BFI & Phillip Morris to construct a <br />gas line across J M Robinson High School property.
