The Notice was also posted on the bulletin board at the County <br />courthouse and at the Governmental Center. <br />After the presentation, Mr. Hearne responded to questions from the <br />Board. The Clerk also asked to have the dollar figure presented in the <br />accompanying resolution verified. Mr. Hearne stated the resolution should <br />be revised to include the amount of $2,289,390. <br />UPON MOTION by Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner White <br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following revised Resolution <br />concurring with the proposed 2007-2008 Secondary Roads Construction Program <br />for Cabarrus County. <br />Resolution No. 2007-OB <br />A RESOLUTION RELATIVE TO THE <br />2007-2008 SECONDARY ROADS CONSTROCTION PROGRAM <br />FOR CABARRUS COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, the North Carolina Department of Transportation has submitted <br />proposed 2007-2008 Secondary Roads Construction Program for Cabarrus County <br />in the amount of $2,289,390.00; and <br />
