He further reported the Board approved both recommendations; the Board declined to take action on the refund request; the Commerce Director was asked to draft a response to Mr. Smith outlining the actions of the Planning Commission and County Commissioners; but since another request was received from the property owner, the Board can take some action, if it chooses to do so. Commissioner Mynatt seconded the motion. The MOTION failed with Commissioner Mynatt and Privette voting for and Chairman Carruth, Vice Chairman Juba and Commissioner White voting against. UPON MOTION of Commissioner White, seconded by Commissioner Mynatt and unanimously carried, the Board voted to place the TIF Project List on the July 23, 2007 Agenda as a New Business item.
