He further reported <br />the Board approved both recommendations; the Board declined to take action on <br />the refund request; the Commerce Director was asked to draft a response to <br />Mr. Smith outlining the actions of the Planning Commission and County <br />Commissioners; but since another request was received from the property <br />owner, the Board can take some action, if it chooses to do so. <br />Commissioner Mynatt seconded the motion. L. Brown wing addition, Fishertown <br />sewer project, Senior Center, Library, and a new Northwest area high school <br />science wing. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner White, seconded by Commissioner Mynatt and <br />unanimously carried, the Board voted to place the TIF Project List on the <br />July 23, 2007 Agenda as a New Business item. <br />Solid Waste Franchise Acreement - Contract Renewal Update <br />Pam Dubois, Deputy County Manager, presented information on the <br />modifications to the Solid Waste Franchise Agreement, which is up for renewal <br />at the end of the year.
