This budget amendment creates the administrative <br />method to accomplish that. <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carpenter, seconded by Vice Chairman Juba <br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following budget amendment: <br /> <br />BUDGET REVISION/AMENDMENT REQUEST <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE <br />AMOUNT: $400,000.00 <br />TYPE OF ADJUSTMENT: Supplemental Request <br />PURPOSE OF REQUEST: The Board of Commissioners approved a Consent Agreement <br />with the developer of Christenbury Farms, Clarke Creek that stipulates that <br />they will advance school adequacy through quarterly payments to aid in school <br />construction and operation.
