The Harrisburg Planning and Zoning Board <br />approved the subdivision on January 18, 2005. The developer has agreed to <br />donate $4,034.00 per lot to advance school adequacy. <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Privette <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the Consent Agreement between <br />Cabarrus County and Lennar Carolina, Inc. for the LaSalle Development, <br />including a payment of $4,034.00 per lot to advance school adequacy. <br />Further I the Board authorized the County Manager to execute the Consent <br />Agreement on behalf of Caharrus County f subj act to revisions by the County <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />(F-6) Consent Agreement with pioneer Mill (Charlotte) AIP IV, L.L.P., for <br />the Cedarvale FaDm Development <br /> <br />pioneer Mill (Charlotte) AlP IV, LLP, is developing the Cedarvale Farm <br />Subdivision consisting of 363 single family lots on approximately 246 acres <br />off the north side of Morrison Road between Flowes Store Road and pioneer <br />Mill Road. The CabarrusCounty Planning and Zoning Commission approved the <br />subdivision on January 20, 2005, with a $4,034.00 per lot donation to advance <br />school adequacy required as a condition of approval. <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Privette <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the Consent Agreement between <br />Cabarrus County and Pioneer Mill (Charlotte) AlP IV, LLP for the Cedarvale <br />Farm Subdivision, including the payment of $4,034.00 per lot to advance <br />school adequacy. Further, the Board authorized the County Manager to execute <br />the Consent Agreement on behalf of Cabarrus County, subject to revisions by <br />the County Attorney. <br /> <br />(F-7) Consent Agreement with Pacajero Realty LLC for the Colonial Hills <br />Development Phase 2 <br /> <br />pacajero Realty LLC is developing the Colonial Hills Subdivision, Phase <br />2, consisti~g of a 20-lot extension to the existing subdivision and located <br />on approximately 23 acres at the intersection of Zion Church Road and Zion <br />Church Road East. The Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning <br />Commission approved the subdivision on January 20, 2005, with the $1,008.00 <br />per lot donation to advance school adequacy required as a sondition of <br />approval. The amount of $1,008.00 was in effect at the time the sketch plans <br />for the development were submitted. <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of ,Vice Chairman Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Privette <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the Consent Agreement between <br />Cabarrus County and Cold Springs, LLC, for the Fieldstone Development, Phase <br />3, including the payment of $1,008.00 per lot to advance school adequacy. <br />Further I the Board authorized the County Manager to execute the Consent <br />
