<br />(F-9) Consent Agreement with TWAM, LLC for the pointe at St. Andrews
<br />Subdivision

<br />TWAM, LLC, is developing the Pointe at St. Andrews Subdivision
<br />consisting of 42 single family lots on approximately 13.6 acres off Flowes
<br />Store Road. The Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
<br />subdivision on January 20, 2005. The developer has agreed to a contribution
<br />of $4,034.00 per lot to advance school adequacy.
<br />
<br />UPON MOTION of vice Chairman Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Privette
<br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the Consent Agreement between
<br />Cabarrus County and TWAM, LLC for the Pointe at St. Andrews Subdivision,
<br />including the payment of $4,034.00 per lot to advance school adequacy.
<br />Further, the Board authorized the County Manager to execute the Consent
<br />Agreement on behalf of Cabarrus county, subj ect to revisions by the County
<br />Attorney.
