Committee members should have N__O financial <br /> interest (direct or otherwise) in school construction, financing or <br /> design activities associated with the projects under consideration. <br />· Selected appointees should understand and accept that activities <br /> associated with this committee's functions are subject the North <br /> Carolina public meeting and records requirements.
