Agency Agreement Between Cabarrus County and the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Education for the Rocky River Elementary School Project <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Mills and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the "Agency Agreement" between Cabarrus <br />County and the Cabarrus County Board of Education for the Rocky River Elementary <br />School project and authorized the Chairman to execute the Agreement on behalf of <br />Gabarrus County. <br /> <br /> The Agency Agreement as approved by the Board is on file in the Office of <br />the County Manager and hereby included by reference as a part of the minutes. <br /> <br />Ten-Year School Capital Construction Needs Assessment Survey for the Cabarrus <br />County Schools <br />Ten-Year School Capital Construction Needs Assessment Survey for the Kannapolis <br />City Schools <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Mills, seconded by Chairman Barnhart and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the Ten-Year School Capital Construction <br />Needs Assessment Surveys by the Cabarrus County Board of Education and the <br />Kannapolis City Board of Education for submission to the School Capital <br />Construction Study Commission.
