<br />Revocation of Covenants and Restrictions
<br />
<br /> Mr. Hartsell requested the Board to revoke the restrictive covenants which
<br />currently exist for a portion of the Rocky River School property.
<br />
<br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Niblock, seconded by Commissioner Mills and
<br />unanimously carried, the 'Board adopted the following Declaration.

<br />OF COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS
<br />
<br />Resubdivision of Mrs. T. J. White Land
<br />
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that CABARRUS COUNTY, by and
<br />through its duly elected Board of Commissioners, as owner of Lots 1,
<br />2, 3, and 4 of the Resubdivision of Mrs. T. J. White Land, recorded
<br />in Map Book 26, page 78 of the Cabarrus County Registry, does hereby
<br />revoke and cancel the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions,
<br />Resubdivision of Mrs. T. J. White Land, Lot Numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4
<br />previously recorded on or about February 1, 1995 in Book 1368, page
<br />170 of the Cabarrus County Registry.
<br /> The property hereinabove described, by whomsoever owned, shall
<br />no longer be subject to or burdened with the restrictions and
<br />covenants as to the use thereof set forth in Deed Book 1368, page
<br />170 of the Cabarrus County Registry or otherwise.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, CABARRUS COUNTY, by and through its
<br />Chairman, and attested by its Clerk, has executed this Declaration
<br />by its officers thereunto duly authorized as of the 22nd day of
<br />January, 1996.
