The County shall have no obligations or duties concerning <br />the maintenance, preservation or upkeep of the premises described in <br />this Lease, i.e. the Old Cabarrus County Courthouse. <br /> 10. "Robin" Hayes for <br />appointment as the Legislative Delegation member of the Economic Development <br />Corporation (EDC) Board. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Fennel, seconded by Commissioner Casper and <br />unanimously carried, nominations were closed and Representative Robert C. "Robin" <br />Hayes was appointed by acclamation to the Economic Development Corporation Board <br />as the legislative delegation member. <br /> <br /> The Board deferred the appointment to the EDC Board of two Cabarrus County <br />citizens who do not live or work within the city limits of Concord/Kannapolis. <br /> <br />Emergency Operations Plan <br /> <br /> The Board by consensus deferred consideration of the proposed Cabarrus <br />County Emergency Operations Plan until the next meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
