He <br />introduced Ms. Mary O'Donnell, Planning Technician, who described the process by <br />which the number of new housing permits (houses) were multiplied by the number <br />of persons per house to obtain the population projection. These numbers were <br />then added to a base of 98,935 persons, the 1990 Federal Census count, for an <br />estimated County population of 108,490 on December 31, 1993.
