Section 10-5. Number 4, change specific design <br />standards for location of off-street parking. <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission voted 8-0 to approve this zoning text <br />amendment. <br /> <br /> Dr. Nancy Randall, Chair of the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, presented Petition 94-06(t) as approved by the Commission. <br /> <br /> At 7:36 P.M., Chairman Barnhart opened the public hearing for Petition 94- <br />06(t) and asked if anyone were present who wished to speak for or against the <br />petition. <br /> <br /> There was no one present to address the Board, and Chairman Barnhart closed <br />the public hearing for Petition 94-06(t). <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Carpenter with <br />Commissioners Payne, Carpenter, and Casper and Chairman Barnhart voting for, the <br />Board adopted the following amendment to the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />Petition 94-06(t) <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br />1. Section 10-5. Specific design standards for off-street <br />parking. <br /> Number Four under this section will change from: <br /> 4. Setbacks no off-street parking area shall be closer <br /> than ten (10) feet to the base setback line. <br /> to: <br /> 4.
