<br />Oath of Office to Mr. John A. Foil, Jr. and Mr. A. Frank Herrin, Jr., Soil and
<br />Water Conservation District Supervisors.

<br /> The Honorable Adam C. Grant, Jr., Chief District Court Judge, administered
<br />the Oath of Office to the following members of the Cabarrus County Board of
<br />Education: Mr. Robert K. Andrews, Jr.; Mr. Gary A. Hahn; Mr. G. Tim Lowder; and
