Frank Herrin, Jr., Soil and <br />Water Conservation District Supervisors. <br /> <br /> The Honorable Adam C. Grant, Jr., Chief District Court Judge, administered <br />the Oath of Office to the following members of the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Education: Mr. Robert K. Andrews, Jr.; Mr. Gary A. Hahn; Mr. G. Tim Lowder; and <br />Mrs. Grace Mynatt. <br /> <br /> Judge Hamby administered the following Oath of Office to members of the <br />Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br />OATH OF OFFICE <br /> <br /> I, Jeffrey L.
