The Zoning Atlas is on file in the <br />office of the Zoning Administrator of the Planning, Zoning and Building <br />Inspection Department located in the Cabarrus County Governmental Center. <br /> <br />Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance - Fee Schedule Amendments <br /> <br />The page that follows represents fee schedule amendments which <br />relate to various provisions of the new zoning ordinance. No public <br />hearing is needed but approval of the fees is required. It is <br />suggested that this amendment become effective December 20, 1993 to <br />coincide with the zoning ordinances effective date. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to endorse <br />these fees. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Casper and <br />unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following Fee Schedule Amendments. <br /> <br />Fee Schedule Amendments <br /> <br />(effective December 20, 1993) <br /> <br />1. 1994 Zoning Ordinance $ 20 <br />2. 1994 Zoning Map 1" = 4000' $ 35 <br /> 1" ~ 2000~ $100 <br />3. Appeals for administrative review and zoning $ 50/lst 90 days <br /> map revision/correction during Transition <br /> Period (December 20, 1993 thru June 17, 1994) <br /> Vesting Plan review during Transition Period <br /> Residential first acre <br /> each additional acre <br /> Non-Residential first acre <br /> each additional acre <br /> <br />$100/2nd 90 days <br /> <br />$ 40 <br />$ 2o <br />$ 8O <br />$ 4o <br /> <br />Char-Neck Ambulance Service <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Casper, seconded by Chairman Barnhart and <br />unanimously carried, the Board voted to extend the non-emergency ambulance <br />service franchise with Char-Meck Ambulance Service for a period of 45 days from <br />the expiration date of December 14, 1993. <br /> <br />Road Closing Petition - Gwyn Street <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Casper, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following resolution. <br /> <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING INTENT TO CLOSE <br /> <br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br />EASEMENTS DEDICATED FOR PUBLIC ROADS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the December 6, 1993, meeting of the Board of <br />Commissioners for Cabarrus County (the "Board"), the Board <br />acknowledged receipt of a Petition to adopt a resolution and order <br />closing Gwyn Street (S.R. 1417) in Concord, Cabarrus County, North <br />Carolina, as more particularly described in maps on file in the <br />Office of Land Records and/or the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Cabarrus County (the "Road"); and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board to conduct a public <br />hearing, pursuant to N.C.G.So 153A-241, to close the Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board desires to notify the public regarding said <br />public hearing on the issue of closing the Road. BE IT, THEREFORE, RESOLVED that: <br /> 1. A meeting and public hearing on the closing of Gwyn Street <br />(S.R. 1417) shall be held before the Board at 7:00 P.M. on the 18th <br />day of January, 1994, or as soon thereafter as persons maybe heard. <br /> 2.
