<br /> Mr. Moorhead requested funding to purchase Hepatitis B vaccine for the
<br />Sheriff's Department employees. This vaccine is needed in order to comply with
<br />the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's Bloodborne Pathogens
<br />Standard which became effective March 6, 1992.
<br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Hamby with
<br />Commissioners Barnhart, Hamby and Payne and Chairman Carpenter voting for, the
