The <br />house, which is surplus to the needs of the County, is not salvageable and has <br />no market value. <br /> <br />COUNTY MANAGER REPORTS <br /> <br /> Mr. Michael M. Ruffin, County Manager, reminded the Board of the North <br />Carolina Association of County Commissioners Legislative Briefing scheduled for <br />April 11 in Raleigh.. He asked if the Board wished to schedule a dinner for the <br />legislative delegation for that evening in conjunction with Union County. <br />Chairman Simmons instructed Mr. Ruffin to make tentative arrangements for the <br />dinner with the legislative delegation. <br /> Mr. Ruffin also advised the Board of the National Association of Counties <br />Annual Conference scheduled for July in Salt Lake City, Utah. He pointed out <br />that reservations for the conference would need to be made as soon as possible <br />to insure accommodations in the North Carolina hotels. <br /> Also, Mr. Ruffin announced that the Board was hosting a dinner at 7:00 <br />P.M. on Friday, March 8, 1991, at Pity's Sake Lodge for the Cabarrus County and <br /> <br /> <br />
