348 <br /> <br />B. A preliminary copy of the record of Patient Treatment shall be given <br /> to the ambulance crew when he/she assumes control of the patient's <br /> care at the emergency scene. <br />C. A copy of the completed Record of Patient Treatment will be given to <br /> the Director of Cabarrus County Emergency Services at any time prior <br /> to the quarterly meeting of the Cabarrus County First Responder <br /> Advisory Board. This copy will be used for audit and review. <br />D. The First Responder report will contain the dispatch number. The <br /> number will be the same as the EMS dispatch number. <br /> <br />SECTION 10: Grievance Procedure. <br />1. First responder agency will be responsible for resolving grievances <br /> between its own members. <br />2. Grievances from a first responder agency toward Cabarrus County Ambulance <br /> Service shall be submitted in writing by the first responder and co- <br /> signed by the Fire Chief or his/her designee to the director of Cabarrus <br /> County Emergency Services. <br />3. Grievances from Cabarrus County Ambulance personnel or Cabarrus County <br /> Commissioners toward a first responder shall be submitted in writing to <br /> the Director of Cabarrus County Emergency Services who shall evaluate the <br /> grievance and if necessary relay it to the Fire Chief of the appropriate <br /> agency. <br />4. If the grievance cannot be resolved between the first responder agency <br /> and Cabarrus County Ambulance Service, a copy of the written grievance <br /> will be forwarded to the Cabarrus County First Responder Advisory Board <br /> for its investigation and ruling. The Board's ruling is binding. <br />5. When a grievance has been settled by the Emergency Services Director, if <br /> there is any rebuttal from the organization or the persons against whom <br /> the complaint was filed, that person or organization must go through <br /> proper procedures to get the grievance before the Advisory Board for their <br /> ruling. The person or organization is not to communicate directly with the <br /> organization filing the original grievance. <br /> <br />SECTION 11. Standards for Equipment. <br /> <br /> 1 - Trauma Box <br /> 6 - Sterile 8" x 10" dressings <br />12 - Sterile 4" x 4" dressings 6 - 4" roll gauze <br /> 6 - Triangular bandages <br /> 2 - 3" x 9" Occlusive dressings <br /> 2 - 1" cloth tape <br /> 1 - 2" cloth tape <br /> 1 - bandage shears <br /> 1 - pen-light <br /> 6 - ammonia inhalants <br /> 1 - blood pressure kit <br /> 1 - stethoscope <br /> 2 - paper bags <br /> 2 bite sticks <br /> 2 burn sheets <br /> 2 small paper cups <br /> 1 - pocket mask or bag mask <br /> 1 airway ktt <br /> 1 size "D" or "E" Oxygen tank <br /> 1 oxygen regulator, 2-15 liter flow <br /> 2 adult nasal cannulas <br /> 1 - adult oxygen mask <br /> 1 child oxygen mask <br /> 3 extrication collars (S, M, L) <br /> <br />OPTIONAL <br />O.
