R-9 Single,Family Residential District <br /> The regulations of the district are intended to establish and preserve <br />quiet single-family median density neighborhoods, and at the same time provide <br />for some alternative types of housing. <br /> R-9/SU Single-Family Residential Special Use District <br /> Identical to the R-9 District except that a Special Use Permit is required <br />as a prerequisite to any use or development. <br />H. R-8 Single-Family Residential District <br /> The regulations of this district are intended to establish and preserve <br />higher density, single-family neighborhoods and at the same time provide for <br />alternate type housing which will have access to public water and wastewater <br />facilities. <br /> R-$/SU Single-Family Residential Special Use District <br /> Identical to the R-8 District except that a Special Use Permit is required <br /> as a prerequisite to any use or development. <br />I. R-7.2 Single-Family Residential District <br /> The regulations of this district are intended to establish and preserVe <br />higher density single-family neighborhoods which will have access to public <br />water and wastewater treatment facilities. <br /> R-7.2/SU Single-Family Residential Special Use District <br /> Identical to the R-7.2 District except that a Special Use Permit is <br /> required as a prerequisite to any use or development. <br />J. RMF-7 Residential Multi-Family District <br /> These regulations are intended to allow urban density residential uses, <br />individual parcels being developed with one of several residential types allowed <br />within the district, and having access to public water and wastewater treatment <br />facilities. Densities of multiple family developments will be regulated <br />according to the number of residential units within the buildings, with more <br />than one principal building of the same residential type allowed on each parcel <br />according to district development standards. Single-family attached units will <br />not be required to have a side yard except for the end units of the complex. <br />The side yard requirements are listed in Subsection 3.2-4. <br /> RMF-7/SU Residential Multi-Family Special Use District <br /> Identical to the RMF-7 District except that a Special Use Permit is <br /> required as a prerequisite to any use or development. <br />K. RMF-TA Residential Multi-Family District <br /> These regulations are intended to allow urban density residential uses, <br /> individual parcels being developed with one of several residential types allowed <br /> within the district, and having access to public water and wastewater treatment <br /> facilities. RMF-6 Residential Multi-Family District <br /> The intent and regulations of this district are similar to the RMF-7 <br /> District; however, this district allows somewhat greater residential density. <br /> This zone is located adjacent to or with direct access to major thoroughfare <br /> streets. Single-family attached units will not be required to have a side yard <br /> except for the end units of the complex. The side yard requirements are listed <br /> in Subsection 3.2-4. <br /> RMF-6/SU Residential Multi-Family Special Use District <br /> Identical to the RMF-6 District except that a Special Use Permit is <br /> required as a prerequisite to any use or development. <br /> M. O-I Office and Institutional District <br /> This district is designed for agencies and offices rendering specialized <br /> services in the professions, finance, real estate and brokerage as well as the <br /> traditional institutional functions, both public and private, public assembly, <br /> religious and certain cultural and recreational activities and group housing. <br /> The uses in this district classification are characterized as having no retail <br /> or wholesale trade. The regulations are designed for maintaining more <br /> compatibility with nearby residential districts than would exist with a <br /> commercial district. This district maybe applied as a potential buffer between <br /> conflicting land-use situations. <br /> <br /> <br />
