Documents shall <br />be in the form of individual time sheets that have been signed by the individual employee <br />and approved by the appropriate supervisor, travel logs and invoices for in-kind match; <br />copies of checks, bank deposits mud fund transfers for cash match. Other types of <br />documents may be acceptable with the approval of the Agency Manager. <br />This grant contract is for the below marked amount: <br />✓ Less than $250,000 <br />❑ $250,000 or more <br />3. The Grantee will use the selected easement template unless the exception category has <br />been designated and approved by the Agency. Selection of appropriate template is based <br />upon partnership funding used to secure the conservation easement. Unless clearly <br />delineated in the proposed conservation easement map, the landowner waives the rights <br />of creation of no more than three lots pursuant to N.C.G.S. 106-744(b)(1), therefore no <br />lots shall be created in the easement area.
