October 15, 2018 (Regular Meeting) Page 3729 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS COUNTY DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE <br />TEXT2018-00003 AND TEXT2018-00004 <br />CHAPTER 2, CHAPTER 7, CHAPTER 10 AND CHAPTER 14 <br />BE IT ORDAINED that the Cabarrus Development Ordinance is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />TEXT2018-00003 <br />AMEND CHAPTER 10, PARKING AND LOADING, TO ADD THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGE: <br />Interior Access Roads <br />Where access roads are proposed interior to the site and are not associated <br />with parking areas, a reduction may be allowed or an increase may be required <br />to the 24 feet requirement for two-way traffic by the Fire Marshal. The burden <br />shall be on the applicant to show the Fire Marshal that the Fire Code <br />requirements for life safety and access are being met. The minimum reduction <br />allowed is to 20 feet wide. <br />AMEND CHAPTER 14, NONCOMFORMITIES, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Reconstruction of damaged structures <br />suet- reeen`true----- tames p---- fn6th6-- etre 1--- of -ie etre -- he ----_.
