Planning and Zoning Commission <br />Minutes <br />October 11, 2022 <br />Mr. Lewis said they said I could not put it but so far from mydrain field. <br />Ms. Grimsley saidwhat kind of septicsystem do you have?Yourbox system is only going to be <br />five feet off your house. What does your repair field look like, is it a big repair field? <br />Mr. Lewis thinks he said 1000gallon. He forgot what he said. <br />Ms. Grimsley said show us the layout of that. Do you have an idea where all those lines are <br />going? <br />Mr. Lewis said yes, they are marked. <br />Ms. Grimsley asked Mr. Lewis to give the Board an idea of how much land he is usingfor the <br />repair field. <br />Mr. Lewis said he is using this whole thing(showed on the diagram),that is why he cannot build <br />downthatway. <br />Ms. Grimsley said thank you. <br />Mr. Lewis said this weekend he is taking down this oak tree and another tree and part of this <br />other one (showed on diagram)so he can get his house in therebecause he cannot with the limbs <br />hanging over. <br />He said this right here, is a right of way to get to the land behind me.So, you do not need my <br />land to get back there. You already have a 60 foot right of way. <br />The Chair said thank you Mr. Lewis. <br />Mr. Corley saidone of the things that is mentioned is what type of construction could potentially <br />be built here. He asked Mr. Collins to clarify what types of construction would be allowed. <br />Mr. Collins said currently? <br />Mr. Corley said with the zoning change,could a trailer or a manufactured home be put on this <br />property? <br />Mr. Collins said onthescreen the Mobile Home overlay is represented on the screen in pink <br />shading. He would not be allowed to doa mobile home. <br />Mr. Corley said he would not. <br />The Chair said it would have to be conventional construction. <br />14 <br /> <br />
